Join Soul by the Pond starting May 29th for 7 Day of Green!

 

We are replacing one meal a day for a green drink that will detox, energize, and give us just nutrients we need. Join us for 7 days and tag us in your photos! Below are some of our favorite recipes. Use this as a guide to help you and your tastebuds.

 

3-2-1

–  3 cups of something green ( kale, spinach, collards, or romaine)

– 2 cups of liquid ( almond milk, cashew milk, fresh juice, coconut water)

– 1 cup of fresh fruit ( banana, berries, mango, apple, kiwi)

 

Pina Colada

 

  • Spinach or Kale

 

  • Pineapple
  • Chia seeds  
  • Coconut water
  • Shredded coconut

 

Berry Green

  • Spinach or Kale
  • Mixed berries
  • Banana
  • Milk

 

Strawberry Dream

  • Spinach or Kale
  • One orange
  • Strawberry
  • Banana

 

Yes Green

  • Banana
  • Kale
  • Pear
  • Almond Butter
  • Tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup milk
